Teen Arrested At School For Not Wearing A Mask : UPDATE

A teen was put in handcuffs and taken to jail for not wearing a mask.

UPDATE since this story first aired: Grace is now involved in two different legal cases; a class action federal case that is suing the Governor, the School Board and State Health Department. The second is a state civil case that will implicate several people and entities that were involved in directly violating Grace's rights. That's according to Grace's father - Andy Smith. He also says the criminal trespass charges against Grace will likely be dropped. Smith says the DA charged her illegally and wrote her an adult ticket.
